Pigeon Forge is full of great restaurants and many of those serve delicious morning meals as well. To help you navigate the long list of restaurants in town, here is a list of the Top Restaurants for Breakfast in Pigeon Forge.
Brick & Spoon
Brick & Spoon is one of the newest additions to the culinary scene here in Pigeon Forge. Voted in the “Top 10 Breakfasts in the U.S.” by Travel + Leisure, this is a must stop. You can enjoy breakfast, brunch or lunch as they are open from 7AM to 2PM daily. I personally have eaten here many times and can attest to their great food. I have never had anything I didn’t like and I can be pretty picky. With that being said, here are some of the favorites you can enjoy at Brick & Spoon in Pigeon Forge. My absolute favorite thing to order off the menu is technically more of a brunch/lunch specialty but it is so good, that I absolutely have to mention it. It is the Shrimp & Tasso Mac-N-Cheese. Ya’ll, let me just say that it is utterly divine and melts in your mouth. Heed my advice and order it the next time you are in town. I have no doubt you will thank me. Other fantastic dishes include their Bayou Benedict and Crab Cake Benny. Both dishes come with fire roasted corn grits that just complete the meal. They offer an array of omelets, french toast, pancakes, salads and burgers as well. They do offer appetizers and I would highly suggest the cafe beignets as they come with powdered sugar and an incredible strawberry marmalade. You can check out their menu here.
Lil Black Bear Cafe
Locally owned, this little establishment serves up friendly service and delicious southern comfort food. This is one of those places where the locals always visit, but I am going to go ahead and share it with all of you so you can enjoy it as much as we do the next time you are in town. This little eatery is well known for their coffee and breakfast. They offer numerous breakfast sandwiches and omelets. Their service is incredibly quick so you are in and out in no time, which is usually important for those of us that are not necessarily morning people.
Speaking of where the locals go, this is where it is at for locals folks. This classic restaurant is popular for every meal of the day. One of the perks of visiting Mel’s Diner is that you can eat breakfast all day long. That means you can sleep in while on vacation and still enjoy some southern breakfast food! They offer pancakes, eggs, omelets, delicious hash browns and the all time favorite…biscuits and gravy.
Paula Deen’s Family Kitchen
If you are really hungry, I would certainly advise you to visit Paula Deen’s Family Kitchen. This restaurant is family style and offers Paula’s classic recipes. You get to choose three down home dishes, a breakfast meat and two breakfast treats for the entire table to enjoy. Of course, you can add stuff if you would like. Items on their menu include ooey gooey butter pancakes, chicken and biscuits, creamy hashbrown casserole, apple cinnamon french toast and applewood smoked bacon. After dining, you can easily enjoy all that The Island has to offer as this restaurant is located within the popular Island of Pigeon Forge.
Another great option for family style dining is Mama’s Farmhouse. Located in the center of Pigeon Forge, this restaurant delivers hearty southern food. Believe me when I say that you will want to be hungry when you go for sure. Items on their menu include their award winning biscuits and chocolate gravy, belgian waffles, applewood bacon, eggs and much more. You can enjoy breakfast from 8AM to 11AM daily at Mama’s Farmhouse.
